We started out as a team of 12 domain-industry experts working out of a tiny office in London. A few decades later, we’ve grown to a team of 800 that spans 12 countries and have established ourselves as leaders in some of the most exciting and high-growth sectors of the tech industry.

Because our company spans so many locations, languages and disciplines, we avoid enforcing unproductive, one-size-fits-all corporate guidelines. Instead, we prioritise individuality, open communication and sustainable scaling strategies that allow us to grow together while keeping the originality of each brand and team member intact.
As a global company powered by the internet, it makes sense that our team be digital-first too. We’re big believers that having the right people to get the job done is more important than where you are and encourage our teams to decide their ways of working. That said, we of course still value in-person collaboration and make an effort to get together when and where it makes the most impact.
